Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day, pending payment approval and stock availability.

Expedited Shipping: 2-Day and Next-Day Air options (when available) must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for same-day shipping.

Processing Hours: Orders are processed MondayβFriday, 8:00 AMβ5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Availability: Orders are accepted 24/7. However, stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.

Order Changes: Once your order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.

Return Policy: Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees.

Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and protective liners (if applicable).
