Orders

At Rated X Moto, we’re committed to getting your order out fast.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day, pending payment approval and stock availability.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-Day and Next-Day Air options (when available) must be placed by 12:00 PM EST for same-day shipping.

  • Processing Hours: Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Availability: Orders are accepted 24/7. However, stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

  • Order Changes: Once your order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations cannot be made.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver every order quickly and reliably.

  • Delivery Times: Ground shipping typically arrives within 1–6 business days, depending on location.

  • Processing Delays: During peak periods or due to high order volumes, shipping may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

  • Oversized Items: Certain items, such as luggage and select boots, are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Expedited Delivery: Next-Day Air orders will arrive by the end of the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Responsibility: Rated X Moto is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.


Returns

Your satisfaction matters to us.

  • Return Policy: Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping fees.

  • Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and include all original tags and protective liners (if applicable).

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale and Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

International Shipping

Currently, Rated X Moto only ships to the United States and Canada.
