Same-Day Shipping: Place orders by 12:00 PM EST to ship the same business day, pending payment approval and stock availability.

Expedited Shipping: 2-Day and Next-Day Air orders (available during peak times) must be placed by 12:00 PM EST.

Availability: Orders are accepted 24/7 and processed Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Stock availability is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.

Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted for phone orders. Internet orders also accept PayPal & other payments.

Order Modifications: Changes cannot be made once an order is placed.

Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee: Return items in new, unused condition within 15 days for a refund (excluding shipping fees). Items must have original tags and, if applicable, protective liners.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale 7 Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.

Processing Delays: Due to high order volume, some delays may occur. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery: Ground shipping averages 1-6 business days. Orders by 12:00 PM EST ship the same day if stock and payment are confirmed.

Exclusions: Oversized items, such as luggage and select boots, are not eligible for free shipping. Next-Day Air orders will arrive by the end of the next business day, excluding weekends.
